The developments below are either scheduled to be built or are under construction. These developments will contain Affordable and/or Workforce housing units. As of January 29, 2020 there are 277 deed restricted units in the pipeline, including 185 rental units and 92 ownership units.

  • 174 N. King St. (King Street Condos): 24 Ownership Units (24 Affordable - Housing Trust Restriction), public-private partnership with Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust - under construction 
  • Sagebrush Apartments: 90 Rental Units (32 Workforce & 58 Market) - under construction 
  • Center Street Hotel: 2 Rental Units, 8 Dormitory Beds (1 Affordable, 1 Workforce, 8 Affordable Dorms) - under construction
  • 645 S. Cache Street (The Lift Redevelopment): 1 Ownership Unit (1 Workforce) - under construction

  • Teton Raptor Center: 2 Rental Units (2 Workforce)

In 2020, 83 new Affordable and Workforce units were built. 

In 2019, 62 new Affordable and Workforce units were built and one existing unit was restricted Affordable.
