Attending Court Proceedings:
Some court hearings may be held by video conference where court rules allow and a judge's order setting hearing directs.
Any members of the public who wish to attend a District Court hearing scheduled to take place by video should contact the assigned judge's Judicial Assistant by 12 p.m. (noon) two working days before the hearing and provide an email address. The Court will then provide an electronic invitation to observe by video or audio conference with instructions for how to attend. The judicial assistant address for cases where Teton County District Court Judge Melissa M. Owens or the Honorable James. L. Radda is presiding is email@example.com. You can find judicial assistant information for other presiding judges under the court name (look for county and then judge) found here.
