Jackson Hole Fire/EMS is committed to ensuring the safety of your children. Car seats are essential to your child’s safety in the event of an automobile accident. Unfortunately, close to 90% of car seats are installed incorrectly and many children travel unrestrained.
Certified car seat technicians are available by appointment to ensure you have properly installed your car seat or provide you with installation education. New car seats are available with a donation to the program. We carry convertible car seats that fit children 5-65 pounds.
Plan on spending about an hour for your check so a technician will have enough time to give you options, explain next steps, and provide other important safe vehicle points. Before your visit we strongly encourage you to fill out the car seat registration form and to read your installation manual so you are familiar with your child's seat.

Monetary donations to help with the purchase of car seats for community members in need can be made to Jackson Hole Fire/EMS.
